Things to Remember when Using Oil Eater® Cleaners & Degreasers

  • Always use on a cool surface
  • Always spot test in an inconspicuous area on any surface before use
  • The less porous the surface is (i.e. no wax floors vs. uncoated concrete) the more diluted Oil Eater should be
  • If the surface feels a little slippery after rinsing, add more water to your solution

How Do I Clean Siding with a Pressure Washer?

Pre spray* the siding**with Oil Eater 10 parts water to 1 part Oil Eater. Work from the top down. Allow 5 minutes dwell time. Rinse with your pressure washer. Without a pressure washer: Prespray the siding**with Oil Eater 10 parts water to 1 part Oil Eater using a pump up sprayer. Allow 5-6 minutes dwell time. Treat any specific stains such as tree sap or bird droppings with Oil Eater full strength. Agitate with a soft bristle brush or broom. Rinse with water. *Prespraying any surface with a pressure washer should be done at low pressure. If your pressure washer doesn't have this option, use a pump up sprayer. **Rinse any over spray on windows before it dries.
